Afghan Literacy Organization (ALO) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization founded in 1995. For over two decades, ALO has been dedicated to empowering Afghan communities through literacy, education, humanitarian aid, and development programs.

With offices in multiple provinces, ALO delivers life-changing services such as literacy classes, health & nutrition awareness, food distribution, and infrastructure development. Our focus is on empowering vulnerable groups, especially women and children.
